Very nice place, clean nice service and close to restaurants. You have some beaches close but as Goa is so big, going from one place to another took a lot of time.

Mr Vinayak was a great host. He made the stay comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights with family. All the basic amenities are available. Comfy bed, lots of pillows, kitchen with fridge, basic utensils, induction, bathroom with hot water, AC, laundry service. Spacious rooms. 5-6 ppl can accommodate easily. There is no lift though, you have to climb stairs. Location is convenient if you are going with small kids as in my case. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor all nearby. Swiggy service available in the area. Navatara veg restaurant nearby was great for food as we are vegetarian. For anything & everything you Vinayak was just a phone call away. He owns the place. Overall great experience.

Friendly and courteous staff who were always available for any request. The quality and quantity of breakfast always exceeded our expectations. The food was tasty and sumptuous because of which we never had to think about our next meal. The hospitality and maintenance by the staff has been commendable and the cleanliness standards fully met our expectations.

A] To begin with, the property didn't have a clear board or sign displaying the property name - nor was there any reception desk or similar arrangement. This made us double-check and search if we were at the correct building on the road. There is street parking but the area is extremely dusty and polluted because of (1) the arterial Bridge Road, which gets major traffic and (2) the area is undergoing multiple constructions/road upgrades. Luckily we didn't have a self-drive car or else there would have been a thick layer of red dust all over the vehicle whilst parked overnight. B] The property is a 3-storey building but doesn't have lifts. As a result, it is not recommended for accessible needs travelers. The tiling of the stairs is not anti-slip and there's always lot of dust on stairs - making it risky for any slippage. Because the staff was helpful and courteous, we could get our heavy luggage up to the top floor or else it would have been a tiring affair. C] The apartment is sufficiently spacious and provisioned with enough indoor lighting, fans and good air conditioners. However there is a dearth of natural light despite having the curtains off - this might be predominantly due to the location and layout of the property. Mosquitoes swamp the place throughout the day potentially due to the trees and garbage nearby - therefore the windows have to be kept closed. There were no mosquito nets for our apartment. So someone who likes natural light and ventilation, may find this place somewhat claustrophobic. D] The wash basin sink is located outside the bathroom and inside the bedroom. The sounds of someone brushing their teeth could be annoying and the smell of toothpaste could last for a while - this could be unfavourable for many travelers. Adding the property's external photos with the location would be great. This review is unbiased and only intended to help prospective guests. The host is otherwise an amazing individual.
