Lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and the kitchen has everything you can think of. Fresh fruits on the dining table, nice sit out, beautiful bathroom and located in a nice quiet road away from all the touristy hustle bustle. However, it would be good to have pictures on the site of the actual apartment that is being assigned since there are multiple apartments which are all differently furnished and as a guest, I would like to see beforehand which apartment is being given to me.

The pool was not clean, it was dirty and definitely not maintained. The water was cloudy with stuff floating in unlike the pics posted. The approach to the apartment block is not a convenient way to reach the apartments if you have a suitcase. It's a multiple stone steps walk down and then to the lift that doesn't go to every floor Especially the 3rd, so you walk again with the luggage. The outdoor is red mud and tiles that have wide breaks in them which makes it impossible to drag your trolley bags. All in all be ready to either weight lift because there is no help or destroy your luggage. There is limited parking for vehicles on the road and as luck would have it, we never got parking there and had to park on the side of the road every day. The towels they gave us were stained all over and were changed after we complained. There overall maintainance is shoddy. The view from our balcony was a construction site of their upcoming project. This is our second stay at the property managed by Blue kite. But sadly the upkeep is poor.

The rooms and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Kitchens are well equipped.

Multiple issues - Very rude and unprofessional staff, poor maintenance, broken furniture, pool under maintenance, wifi didn't work. During booking, they sent a payment link that didn't work. So 1.5 lakh got deducted but they didn't receive it and they wouldn't let us check in without paying again. So I had to pay again. Fortunately we got a refund on our original payment a few days after check out. The staff there wasn't helpful, they kept following up for additional payments for 2 additional guests in a booking of 25 people but refused to resolve our issues. Their page says 10,000 security deposit but then at check in they said it's 10,000 per room and we must pay additional 50,000 as deposit after already paying 1.5 lakh. Eventually we paid 25,000. Their wifi didn't work for more than 24 hours and they claimed that a transformer blew up so only the wifi server was down but electricity supply was on. Our rooms had broken furniture which they didn't do anything about for a day, then they took it out the next morning and it was only lying outside near the elevator until evening. The pool wasn't available because of maintenance issues until the second day afternoon. Even then, the water was cloudy. On our second day, around 20 of us were having lunch in one of the rooms when their housekeeping lady came in and insisted we all get up and step out so she could clean the room there and then. We requested her to come 15 minutes later but she said she won't come to the same room twice. When we complained to the property manager, he said it was our fault that we let her into the room in the first place and allowed her to start cleaning. I tried explaining that we didn't even notice her and everyone was busy eating but to no avail. Then when I reached out to the guest relations executive to escalate the issue he basically read the messages but didn't respond and ghosted calls until we checked out.

The apartments are as described and very good. Check-in was seamless, Housekeeping was good as well. We spent some time in the pool. Great, but can use some minor maintenance. Overall, a great stay!

We booked 2 units, 4 bedrooms for 8 people - non-refundable as per the site requirement. Later someone found a fine print buried in the site description section that 'Stag and Hen' groups (not sure who qualifies) are allowed. As a bunch of 50 years+ gentlemen sailing into Goa, this was cause for last minute panic trying to get confirmation that we would be accepted (we were, as an 'exception'!). Request the policy to be stated upfront prominently, not cause unnecessary stress for guests. 1. Not many read such fine print before booking. 2. If we read it, we would have skipped the site and avoided the stress.
