I had a very pleasant stay. The caretaker was extremely nice and helpful – even though I checked in late at night, he was available to assist us without any hesitation. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities provided. Housekeeping was done daily, which kept everything fresh and comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the property felt safe and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others

I Booked Premier 2 bed room apartment, Olive service apartment HSR LAYOUT, I was given OLIVE 2BR HOME. where nothing was provided which i paid for. I have attached screen shots of the apartment I booked and paid, and what I was given was totally different, and different location.

I didn't get the apartment i booked and paid for. Instead, I was given a 2 room normal apartment. For laundry, I have to go to the ground floor , where washing machines are kept for the public. Management was supportive until they got the payment on day one. After that, they were not reachable. I was not informed about the sim cards policy for tourists.For two sim, i paid almos INR 3500 to a guy, and the management was not supportive. For them, the payment mattered, not the people and services they promised. I dont recommend any apartments from Olive Home or service apartment HSR Bangalore, they took 98000 plus for 12 nights, and provided an Apart worth around 30000 for 12 nights. Disgusting management
