Utsavam Hotel Apartments

There is nothing that I liked....it was pathetic

First thing I dint like the attitude of the staff...we were supposed to check in at 2..I had called an hour ago and informed we are in our way to the hotel to keep it ready...but when we reached at3.30...still then it was ready they came up telling the previous customer delayed and the room isn't cleaned...So we went to have lunch and came at 4... immediately the receptionist started telling you have parked the vehicle infront from 2hours... moreover it wasn't two hour nor we were informed about parking lot availability...they don't have patience to listen when explained nir basic respect towards the customers...on top of that still the room key was denied for some more time... Already it was late so we din look out for other rooms... There is no latch for the main door...AC.. Though it was fixed not in good state..no phone to call the reception if required... honey bees in the kitchen during midnight and we had close kitchen door...only one towel n very old water bottle... They said it's peek hours and all the rooms are booked...but none of them completely booked...just that they wanted to create it's full...they made other customers also to wait for more than half an hour and then have them rooms.. NEVER OPT THIS HOTEL TO STAY...ONLINE IG LOOKS CLEAN N NEAT ROOMS BUT MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE A BIG ZERO...WHO EVER CHOOSES WILL REGRET.... literally old Booth bunglow from outside ..when I asked for bill during check out they said they will what's app .n din receive still now..price wise also too much for that rooms...first learn to address others in a good way

Near to railway station and 1.5km away from temple pick and drop

Service is horrible, unfriendly staff, money minded management and complementary breakfast is joke, no service at all staff says something manager says otherwise if you want peaceful and pleasant stay don’t book this apartments,
