The service did not meet expectations and was quite disappointing overall. Considering the price of around ₹3500 per night, the experience was not value for money at all. Basic amenities that are usually standard at this price point—such as a toothbrush—were not provided. For the amount charged, one would expect a much better level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the stay did not justify the cost.

Complementary breakfast is a namesake only, with just an idli sambar, that too the waiters will give after continuous waiting for 45 minutes. Not even a bath towel provided, hotel told it is short, TV was not working. We have paid 3780 rs. For this amount, many hotels are giving buffet as complementary breakfast. When we told the operation manager about the issues, he told he is helpless and please mail to owner. The hotel is extremely unrecommended. Many families were annoying and complaining at the breakfast time. Extremely poor, can't give even score 1
