Property is very clean and in very good. Facilities and services are outstanding. In Surrounding grocery store and SBI ATM. Walking distance to Army Museum.

2 kms from Mall road. Need taxi to reach Mall road or railway station. Whereas estate manager is very helpful and help to arrange taxi and tiffin services.

Stayed here for 3 nights with family. An entire 1 bhk unit which can easliy accomodate 4 adults in a safe neighbourhood. The property is beautiful with big room and a functional kitchen. Host is really nice and helpful. Grocery store nearby if you want to cook. Army heritage museum is few minutes walkable from the property. Will definitely recommend others to try out. If you are someone who has a car or plan to hire dedicated private taxi in Shimla then go for this property without any second thoughts.

I have no complaints about the property or the hospitality of the host. Only con for me was the location. If you are someone who is entirely depend on public transportation then day travel is a bit tedious. There are no autos in Shimla. The frequency of share taxi from the property to Mall road is one in every hour. You have to put up a fight to get a seat in it. And the last share taxi to the property from Mall road is at 5:30pm. Frequency of bus service is also less. Given how extreme up/down hill the roads are in Shimla, walking to certain places if you miss the share taxi/bus is very difficult. Ola is available but booking it depends on your luck. I tried couple of times but couldn't book anything. So the only con for me was the location because I was entirely depend on public transportation, otherwise this property is a gem.

The owner, and manager are very co-operative

This property is just like its name "Home away from Home"- it feels like being at home in Shimla 😍. With its array of essential amnesties such a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a washing machine, a beautiful garden and nearby shops to buy groceries n all, so that we can stay comfortably for a longer period of time. Perfect place to escape from the city life and live with nature and breathe clean air (we Delhiites can understand). I was worried about the hygiene during the booking time but it was top-notch
