maybe a few morebasic kitchen utensils would be nice, but all else is great!

Liked the cleanliness of the rooms in a safe location All the staff in particular Mr Sreejith were very good & helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good. Mr Udhay and the team cheerfully served us.

The rates of accommodation was on the higher side and too expensive.

Immaculately clean and in a good location. Comfortable beds. Appreciated the bottles of water and honesty of the staff.

The kitchen was not equipped as advertised- no microwave or cooker. Was ok as we did not need them. Though breakfast buffet offered plenty of food, we declined it as all we needed was some fruit and toast before our onward journey.

Room 1B1 was good and painted in the recent past. It is one room of a flat with a shared living room and kitchen that one can use. Was provided with 2 complimentary bottles of water. I was allowed a later check-out by 1 hour. The TV had a good choice of channels. Location of the hotel is quite decent and in the heart of the city.

I checked-in and made a cash payment. They didn’t want to issue any receipt at all, which was weird. Apparently their system works on trust and faith. I made them give me a rough receipt. They didn’t give wifi details at check-in until I asked. The person showing me the room walked in the room with his chappals and made it all dirty. There was no toilet roll in the toilet and I had to ask for one. There were only 2 clothes hangers, I had to ask for 3-4 more. He didn’t explain the system of geezer and hot water for the room. I had to figure out that on my own. Shortly after moving into the room I received a whatsapp message from the hotel about the booking particulars but they were the details of some other person. That message was deleted by the sender and I never received any other whatsapp message after that. I went out for some hours, when I returned there was no electricity in my room but in the common areas there was electricity. I had to search for the separate main switch for my room and switch it on; somebody had switched it off. I was never told about this main switch existence. AC was a bit too strong and powerful and that couldn’t be adjusted. This was inconvenient. The mattress on the bed is soft and bad for the back. The pillows are too big and bad for the neck.

Decent location, close to railway station. Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable.

Slightly smaller rooms than advertised.

It was clean and easily accessible from bus stand /railway station. Reasonable quiet even though it’s in the middle of the city.

3700 for 1 night is expensive. They did not have dining options at all. Staff behaved well but they did not even have a smile in their face. It was like they were trying to find fault with something in us and they couldn’t and let us in.

Breakfast was very good, served warm and very tasty breakfast. It felt like the home cooked food and very clean.there were varieties of food which was nice to choose from. Overall food was excellent.

Safety lock was not working. They tried to fix it.they couldn’t do it for some reason. Other than this, everything was perfect.
