Sea View Apartments

The house is very clean and has a nice ambience. The host gave us lot of good tips on what to visit in Kochi. We had a great time. We stayed for only one night, but next time, we definitely want to stay there for longer!

The kitchen is not very well equipped -but that's ok for a few days

Hospitality and cleanliness were superb. Stay was very comfortable and felt safe for families.

Liked their flexibility with checking in, gorgeous breakfast and location. The rooms were clean and the terrace was lovely. Trouble was taken to serve us breakfast on the terrace which we thoroughly enjoyed.

I think a little upgrade of a couple of bathroom fittings would improve the value even further.

Varghese was very kind and accommodating. He waited for me to arrive and was kind enough to let me stay a little longer than check out time since I lost my bag. Varghese is an excellent person and also dropped my husband to the food stall where we could buy food and also waited for him to get done. He dropped him back home. The house is in a prime location!

There were 2 cockroaches in the kitchen - ants in the sugar canister in the kitchen. One AC was leaking while the other did not cool after a couple of hours A sink in the bathroom was also on the verge of falling and there was hair in the toilet drains! I informed Varghese when I left and he said he would take care of it.
