No 7 Ayr Beach - Coorie Doon

That there was an ongoing Issue regarding parking, I was told to park anywhere but when I went back to my van in the morning it had been vandalised, On speaking with residents they expressed that there was an issue with parking and rented flats. My van has now over £1,000 worth of damage, who will cover the costs of this?.

Apartment was comfortable and clean and just what we needed for a couple of nights as up to see relatives nearby. Abundance of available parking outside was much welcomed.

Kitchen was a little on the small side but not something that would sway our decision on stopping again. Some bigger wine glasses would have been welcomed.

Beautiful apartment, cosy and homely!

Unfortunately the balcony door was a very big safety hazard as it was not connected to the top hinge of the door. We did not get to enjoy the balcony due to being extremely unsure on opening the door as it was coming away from wall. Also bedroom blind was not working correctly and once down we were unable to bring in back to the top.

The stairway and entrance area had a strange smell. The apartment is in need of general maintenance repairs and would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Lots of rust in the bathroom.

The location was good and close to town and beach area. The flat although very compact was suitable for a short stay

There was an extremely fowl smell especially in the hallway but with the flat being small it was present in bedroom and front room. We could not continue so cut our stay short and left. The management company were contacted to let them know. No apology at all was given or indication of refund and only a short message to say they would investigate. No further reply from them until i further messaged them 4days later to ask for an update. Again a very generic reply saying we are looking into this and will get back ASAP. Now 10days past and still no response. We also informed them the bath sealant was bad with mould and same behind the tap. Other fixtures like the bathroom mirror and light fitting were needing changed to provide the level of standard expected.
