Kincraig Apartment

Couldn't fault any part of the holiday, the apartment was excellent as was the location and the host has thought of everything that you could need. Communication with the host prior to and during the stay was also great. Would recommend 100%

The only is issue we had was with the outside door getting into the block.

Perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Owner is very friendly and professional. Everything you need is there.

• Modernly decorated • Complimentary snacks • Comfortable couch • Heats up well • Felt safe • Host was very communicative • Kitchen well equipped (apart from an oven glove and a pizza cutter)

• No complimentary milk (fresh or UHT) - we found this odd when there are teabags, coffee and sugar provided • TV was temperamental - would turn itself off, sound would cut off and programmes would glitch • Noticeable dust on the living room ceiling and bedside units • Mattress felt overused - could feel the springs through it and lacked depth • No blind in the kitchen - felt like a lack of privacy • Blinds and curtains in bedroom let in a lot of light • No spare toilet roll in the bathroom - my girlfriend had to look around the flat for it. This wouldn’t be ideal if you weren’t overly comfortable with the person you were staying with • No welcome card when this is mentioned in various reviews

The appartment was in a very quiet neighbourhood. The building was also very quiet. However the town centre with shops and restaurants were very close- just a few minutes walk away.

We do not watch much television but we tried to watch Antique Roadshow on catch up and failed. The TV is much more sophisticated than our TV so some instructions would be useful. It was not a great inconvenience as we planned to be out each day and evening.

Liked the location very near to Al everything comfy and very cozy and homely

The aofa coukd have been higge but it’s not really an issue
