The location was perfect - five minutes walk from where we needed to be, ten minutes walk from free parking near the beach. Basically very comfortable, with new carpets and comfortable beds. The landlords were very helpful.

No freezer or ice box in the fridge. Gave the impression that it was not yet completely furnished, so there was very little storage, although there was a rail in each bedroom and a walk in cupboard in one (with no shelving). Being a basement flat, it was very dark, but that was understood when we booked it.

I didn't like the fact we were let down by yourself due to a broken boiler. I got a phone call to say We couldn't use the facility We were going to a wedding. Very Disappointed

Was meant to be booked here but slight issue - was transferred to the marine one of there other properties, very clean. Double bed comfortable, the view from the balcony over looking Arran was outstanding especially with the Sunset. Owners very good with communication, great central location. And facilities that you need in an air b and b. Would highly recommend- and myself and my Mrs will return. Free on street parking - interior design is stunning inside this flat. Alot of effort and thought has went into it.

The position was perfect for the beach and a short walk into town. The apartment was warm and very clean.

The apartment wasn't very well equipt and there weren't any protectors on the pillows or mattress. The bedding was incredibly scratchy.

Just wanted to say thank you! the apartment was so lovely and very clean also! thank you so much for being so accommodating and upgrading us to The Mila due to issues with The Nook! We will definitely be recommending and hopefully be back next year! All the best, take care!

it was not close to Ayr town, parking was difficult and you were really close to a rough area

Great location,,nice apartment,plenty of space great choice of TV channels good kitchen well equipped quiet..easy check in.

Beds not comfy could feel springs ,duvet cover and pillow need replacing.even a mattress topper would make huge difference Fan in bathroom really loud,needs fixed.stairs to back garden needs cleaning.great apartment just needs wee bit attention to make this excellent place to stay.
