parking and hot water was a bit lacking

Location was ok and close to local Ayr town so easy to get to for food and so on, Apartment was clean and tidy and nice newish shower room along with new kitchen features looked nice

Bathroom sink and shower holes were all clogged up meaning water took a long time to disperse and left dirty gritty bits in the shower tray. TV was provided and connected to WIFI for streaming but no normal television via the aerial. Due to the location and setting of the apartment being in a shared block, there was dubious smells from illegal substances coming up from the flat below especially into the kitchen which wasn't pleasant. The kitchen door had to be shut and windows opened. Main bed is in need of replacement. Sofa bed in the Lounge is lovely WiFi passwords are all wrong on documentation, had to find the code myself on back of router

it was very clean, new appliances and updates it was a last minute booking and the apartment was ready when I needed it

just be aware the property is on the second floor with stairs exposed to the weather.
