Really helpful Host, clean Appartement with comfy living room and big balcony

We couldn't find a hairdryer

The apartment is in a newish concrete block on a road above the main part of Bol, which means it is probably more spacious than other apartments. The owner sent a picture of the building and instructions as there is no number or name on the outside of the building or on the apartment itself. The bed was comfortable and there's a concrete balcony with a view of the sea

On the first morning the toaster tripped the electric switch, luckily the switch was in the apartment so we were able to rectify it. The broadband wasn't working and the attachment for the shower head on the rail was broken so it meant hand holding the shower. We sent a polite message to the owner to let her know. She messaged back to say if we had broken the toaster we needed to pay for it, it would be 100 euros; we could pay for a guy to fix the shower and we could go to a cafe to use the internet. We contacted Booking.com customer services and thankfully they immediately stepped in.

Very modern spacious and clean apartment with a big balcony and excellent views. We really appreciated the early check in/late check out.

Some communication issues as well as possibly faulty shower head situation.
