Líbila se mne poloha ubytování a čistota v nem, mily a ochotny personál, který ihned vyřešil můj problém. Velmi vstřícná a ochotná paní ANNA😍

Ze se měnily osušky až po trech dnech, ocenila bych i každodenní základní uklid, ale chapu, je to apartmán. Na apartmánu jde vše slyšet;-)

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement qui avait une très grande terrasse. C’était très agréable

Beaucoup de fourmis mais nous avons utilisé du produit pour s’en débarrasser. Ce n’est donc pas particulièrement gênant .

The hosts at the reception desk were nice and helpful with various requests and information. The treatment we were given was professional, and most of our requirements were met with quick and professional feedback. The beach was very near, and that is the best thing about Bol - you can take a plunge practically everywhere as the sea is so beautiful and clean. I would say that the biggest advantage of this property is its proximity to the beach. It was clean when we entered, but after that, we had to take care of cleaning, as this service is charged separately. I found this strange and not professional, as we were there for almost 12 days. The towels and bed sheets were regularly changed, or to be more specific, delivered to our front door for us to change them. It is relatively close to some markets, but the best one is quite far - it takes around 15 minutes on foot. They offer bikes for rent, but we didn't use this service.

The general impression is that the property is slightly overpriced, given the service they provide, which is pretty basic. For every extra service, such as cleaning or anything else that would be normal in this type of accommodation, you need to pay extra. The treatment was fundamentally correct, but didn't go beyond that. My biggest disappointment was that although I had booked a room with a balcony, we ended up in one without it. When I asked for clarification, I received a very cryptic answer that everybody gets the first available room. When I asked to change my room to one with a balcony, I was told I needed to wait till the next day when another room with a balcony became available. As it turned out, that was the room on the top floor with no elevator, and with a super tiny balcony, so we decided not to change the room, but the feeling of disappointment didn't leave me the entire time I was there. I felt the accommodation was not properly introduced and that the placement of guests was a bit random.

Közel volt a parthoz, tágas volt!
