Nos gustó todo. Es un hermoso departamento muy espacioso, con un balcón espectacular que tiene vista al mar. La cocina es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar durante la estadía. Pudimos estacionar el auto bajo techo en el mismo complejo. Tiene Lavarropas, plancha y tabla para planchar. La ubicación es inmejorable, estando a menos de 10 min caminando del centro y a 20 de las playas más conocidas (hay otras más cercanas). El dueño fue muy amable y nos permitió ingresar al departamento antes del horario del check in. Si estás buscando un departamento en bol, no dudes en alquilar este

Fully equiped lovely apartman with great sea view from the balcony (even from the shower)..Feels like home. Ivka and his family are amazing host, kind and helpful. All you need is in walking distance. Perfect starting point for exploring the island by car, boat or bike (if you like uphill:) ). Nice beaches in close proximity.

Posizione comodissima al centro ed alle spiagge. Zlatni Rat è raggiungibile con una bellissima passeggiata tra i pini. Bellissimo terrazzino panoramico ed alloggio molto carino curato e completo di tutto.Comodissimo il parcheggio coperto sotto casa. Tutto perfetto!

L'appartement était impeccable en terme de propreté. Il était très clair (fenêtre dans chaque pièce) et très bien placé (au calme et à peine 5 minutes du centre ville). Le balcon avec la vue sur mer était très agréable. J'ai apprécié les petites attentions comme la présence de gel douche, de savon, de lessive et d'adoucissant en quantité généreuse et surtout la gentillesse et la disponibilité des hôtes.

Communication with the owners was friendly and easy from the onset. Any questions were answered quickly. The owners parents who live downstairs were very gracious and even brought up some delicious fresh figs! The apartment was ready for me early as I arrived in the morning. It was easy to get to from the ferry docks. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to shops, the beaches (the famous Zlatni Rat beach is a about a 15-20 min walk away), the promenade for both daytime and evening strolls, and the city centre. Getting around was easy as it was all downhill. Coming back was a bit of an uphill climb. For someone who might have mobility or health issues (eg, respiratory or cardiovascular), it might be difficult. Otherwise you get used to the climb even in the heat and sun. The apartment is located on the top floor. The stairs made it a bit of a challenge with a suitcase. However, the sea view more than made up for it as did staying for several days. You can look out at the blue waters and see the island of Hvar across the way all day and night from the balcony. The unit was clean, well equipped, and nicely appointed with an open concept kitchen with a dining table and sitting room with a tv. The bedroom was large and airy with plenty of storage space. The bed was quite comfortable and clean. The iron and ironing board came in quite handy, as did the washing machine. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The stairs to the top floor were a bit of a challenge with a suitcase and after an uphill walk from town.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely fantastic! The place is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped – everything matched the description, or was even better. A big plus was the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed, which made for a peaceful rest. The host deserves special praise – they were extremely kind, helpful, and always available. They took care of every detail and made us feel truly welcome. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We will definitely come back!
