Well equipped, very functional and spotlessly clean. Responsive and helpful hosts live next door. Terrace (shared with another apartment) with a beautiful lake view, with a table to have meals there, and there are also some rocking chairs. Small kitchen but functional and well equipped, good strong cooker and variety of dishes. There is a larger kitchen available for use (outside, not heated). Heating is sufficient to get the room as warm as you want it. Things like salt, oil, instant coffee, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, thread-and-needle are all available.

Just small things, nothing substantial. There's no dining table indoors. The bathroom is not heated (except through the door), and has a bit of sewer smell at times. Pillows a bit too big/hard.
