Jednoduchá komunikace s majitelem ohledně převzetí klíčů a možnosti uskladnění kol. Prostý, stroze vybavený, ale dostatečný pokoj. Navzdory blízkosti dálnice nebyl slyšet žádný hluk. Objekt pod dozorem kamerového systému.

Zvuková izolace mezi apartmány v patře nebo chodbou by mohla být lepší. Bylo slyšet, kdykoliv někdo přišel do vedlejšího apartmánu. Nenašli jsme možnost nastavení termostatu. Ten se zdál být řízený centrálně.
