La cercanía a la playa, el trato con la dueña. Se agradece dormir sin el calor veraniego del resto de España. Supermercados y servicios a 10min en coche. Parking gratuito y jardín.

Tenía cosas deterioradas del propio uso (mampara ducha, la caldera no funcionaba muy bien olía a gas en algunas ocasiones y en el grifo de la cocina no salia agua caliente con presión), los sofás que no eran muy cómodos. Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina como unas tijeras. No tiene internet en todo el pueblo, pese a tener una antena de telefonía (al menos mi compañía de telefonía DIGI).
