Czysto, ciepło, osobna przestrzeń do spania, aneks kuchenny, przyjemna okolica, blisko do lasu, restauracja za rogiem. Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania, jednak konieczna była rozmowa telefoniczna w dzień wizyty (brak przepływu informacji pomiędzy administratorem konta na booking, a osobą dostarczającą informacje dot. odbioru kluczy).

Konstrukcja budynku nie zapewnia ciszy, w mieszkaniu słychać każdy krok i stukot z innych mieszkań. Nie ma na to wpływu właściciel mieszkania, jednak zmniejsza to znacznie komfort, warto wiedzieć przed wizytą.
