The place itself was nice and if the facilities were all working it would be a great place to stay for 2-3 nights

The Sauna was not working and we were not told about this prior to the visit. The Fire remote control was not at hand so we couldn't use the fire, the host tried to locate this by speaking to the cleaners and previous guests but to no avail. The hot-tub temperature wasn't easy to understand and no real instructions on its use. We planned this trip to be able to use all the facilities, which we couldn't. I'm not sure if the hosts review the comments left by previous guests. If they do then they would have seen many comments regarding the difficulties with the fire and hot-tub and the Sauna not working

Actually a nice loft if the mentioned equipment would work

The sauna, the fireplace and half of the hot tub didn't work. We have not received a promised response from the owner despite repeated requests. In view of the assessments so far, this does not seem to be an isolated case.

It was very relaxing and had everything we needed inside

Very spacious, great that it has a hot tub and sauna, loved the decor.

Quite hot in the summer, and a shame that half of the hot tub jets were unusable. I feel like that should have been communicated well in advance and not one hour before arrival.

We were called on the day of arrival with the notice we could not come over, because of an issue with the jacuzzi. After that, we were unable to get a refund, not via the property nore via Booking. I tried to contact booking multiple times and they just did not respond. So I paid 261 euros for nothing and can't even get a refund
