Location. The caretaker Jhoan was nice and helpful.

The caretaker threw all the rubbish next vacant property. Gate and doors code weren’t provided to us prior coming to the property. We’ve waited in the rain to open the gate when we arrived.

Our experience was excellent. Due to a delayed flight, we contacted the property regarding a late check-in. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, waiting until 2 a.m. to welcome us and open the gate. The property itself is within a secure gated area, providing an added sense of safety. The apartment was well-equipped with all essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay. And the view you get to the mountain side is incredible.

Great location and beautiful views. Guesthouse exactly as described. The hosts are a wonderful couple that went above and beyond expectations every day to make us feel like family. Beach was within easy walking distance and beautiful.

We love this place, it’s like a home away from home for us in Iba. My wife stayed here this time with family. I am in the USA working hard. She was coming into town on the business of having a baby, that may or may not have been made in the room on a previous stay 🙂 Raquel and John were kind and generous, the whole stay for her, sending my wife soup, checking in on her, and eventually bringing her fruit and baby clothes, after the baby was born in the local hospital. We appreciate all the care given. We will be back . Thank you for everything.
