Best value for money we could find in Kas booking 2 month in advance

A bit dirty, extremely basic kitchen (forget about eating there for more than a night) and on a steep climb up the stairs, definitely not up to any customer

The grilling place was dirty, old paperbags were laying everywhere. Room doors didn't close properly, key was missing. For the 3rd people hasn't give towel or bed sheets. The room had gas oven, but didn't provide lighter or maches to start it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was enough for 1 night stay. Views to the Bay from balcony was great, absolutely breath taken...

Parking area up on the hill. Its Not suitable of you have no car. It's very difficult to walk all that way and also no chance if you have heath problems. NOT SUITABLE for the disabled people...

We stayed in the penthouse apartment and the view from the Terrace was fantastic. The apartment was spacious for two people.

The kitchen area was really poorly equipped. The glasses were tiny, the plates were few and everything was at a bare minimum which made it difficult to cook anything realistically. Well stay Parliament was very good value for money it it is tired and there is a lot of unfinished repair work. It feels like the owners are struggling to invest time/money into finishing everything off. If all of the work was finished off to a good standard, the property would be I believe command a higher rental rate.

Lovely family run hotel. Nice pool and great views. Staff made every effort to accommodate us after a bad choice of room. Very reasonably priced to match budget feel of property.

Needs repairs/ finishing to be completed. The web site should clearly indicate accessibility issues for older or infirm guests.Not the best sleep due to noise from other rooms including TV.
