Very helpful staff, good pool fabulous views. Comfy bed and kitchen had everything we needed.

Parking on the steep slope, with many stairs up to the room. Felt a bit enclosed .

Very nice spacious room, pretty good furniture arrangement – comfortable, cozy and not cluttered. Beautiful view to the sea and, what i especially like, terrace :) Very useful kitchen zone, it has all the basic things you might need. Exceptional w-fi: strong signal and very good coverage (reaches for bus stop in front of the hotel). Very friendly and helpful guy at reception. And one of the best beaches in this region – Akcagerme beach – right at the foot of the mountain on which the hotel stands (20 minutes by foot or 2-3 minutes on a bus). Frequent bus to the center of Kas (check the schedule), it takes just 12 minutes to the center.

Some amenities in the room begs for maintenance. Shower, toilet lid are not in very good condition. At all. There is no soundproofing. And, in combination with jamming locks on doors (both ours and our neibourghs) it results with very loud slam, when someone comes home, and it knocks you out of sleep every time. Anyway, even leaving aside slamming doors, all the sounds from the corridor seem to be heard right next to you. You should have either deep sleep or earplugs ))

- Unfriendly staff - Missing things that we had to remind about: blankets, towels - The apartment was nice and modern at some point of time, but a lot of facilities become broken and require fixing - leaking and stuck shower, unstable toilet seating, etc.
