General ambiance

Check in was very frustrating as they had not paid proper attention to the booking and only one of the two rooms was available. They had to quickly arrange another room.

It’s a good option if you are looking for a remote, secluded place to hide from people and enjoy the silence. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The property itself is okay, it justified its price in high season, but otherwise it would be quite overpriced.

It is up the hill, which we knew, however, when you turn from the main road, the way can be quite off-putting since the road is a simple village road with all its disadvantages. If it is your first visit to the region, it may not be the wisest choice, and I would recommend something on the fancier side. Also would not say that I would return any time soon.

The bed was noisy. The toilet lacked a door, only separated by a curtain from the bedroom. Our ground floor room had no curtains, no privacy.
