"Exceptional"

Terrific view! Fantastic night sky with Milky Way visible with naked eye! Excellent house, fully furnished with all possible stuff needed. Good grill, very good kitchen with all possible furniture. Temperature inside of the house more than comfortable, 3-5 degrees lower than in Kas, we didn't need to turn AC on during our stay

Remote location - there are no stores and POI nearby, but that was expected and can be considered as a good this as well. With car you are in the middle of Kas in 15 minutes, although someone could find the mountain road to Kas a bit uncomfortable

"This is the Villa you need near Kaș to have a perfect holiday"

The Villa is located on the hill overlooking an incredible view of the sea and islands, very calm and beautiful location. The house is greatly equipped, furnished with style and has everything you will need. Fantastic pool surrounded by mediterranean plants and fruit trees. Zahna the person that met us at the arrival welcomed us with a calid friendly welcome and at departure kind farewell. This is the house to enjoy a peaceful vacation admiring the beautiful view from the great infinity pool.

The house and everything in it is a 10. Just a little comment which is a personal preference, beds could have been softer but as said this may be a personal choice.
