Very friendly hosts 😄

We had a very good experience. Booked it just before arriving for one night, but decided to stay another one, because it felt so cozy and relaxing. The place has suppressed us with its perfectly beautiful surroundings, very welcoming reception of the friendly owners, charming garden and its cleanliness. Was happy to wake up in the morning and hear the sounds of chickens, looking outside and seeing them and flowers under the window. What could be better!

The location is too good and the house is well maintained with a retro theme which makes the stay very memorable. Plus the hospitality of the hosts is very good.

That I can't stay there longer.

This is aurbnb was the most novel accommodation I have ever slept in! The room was filled with retro memorabilia, including jukebox, pinball machine, and a little, colourful bar. There was 50s Americana all over the place! Ingrid was extremely kind in arranging to collect me from the railway station because it was raining in Kil. Ingrid couldn’t have done enough for me, and I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Kil.

The sofa-bed was not firm enough for my satisfaction. I don’t like beds that sag a little in the middle!

A very pretty little house in a quiet area outside of the town, with an interesting Americana theme. Nice decking with outdoor chairs and well equipped kitchen. Owners were very friendly.

The place was clearly themed as the owners'hobby rather than in the best interests of guests, and there was so much memorabilia that it felt busy and cluttered. It was interesting but not relaxing with so much stuff everywhere. There were hundreds of ants on the decking which kept coming into the room when the door was open, which it needed to be as the place was so hot after days of very high temperatures. The bed consisted of a fold out sofa and a camp bed, which weren't very comfortable. Again, the room was to suit the owners, not designed for guests' comfort, but maybe they only have occasional guests, so it would make sense to prioritise their own use.

Interesting room with a lot of things from the 50ths and 60ths.

The bed was maybe not the best, but everything else was nice
