Very clean generally well equipped and spacious apartment. Great location walking distance to beach and restaurants. Excellent pool.. Easy parking. Air con was good. I would be happy to stay here again.

No shelves in fridge door and need a good pair of kitchen scissors..

The location of the apartment is amazing, so close to the central point of Luz. The apartment was so well equipped with everything down to washing machine, coffee machine etc. the pool in complex is fabulous

It would have been nice for the apartment to get some fresh bedding half way through our stay as with the beach the sheets can get quite sandy.

"My sister & I had a lovely relaxing holiday in a lovely light airy apartment - just what we needed!"

Nice spacious & airy apartment which included everything I needed. It had 2 shower rooms with a toilet in each. Prompt response to questions which I had. Relatively close to supermarket restaurants & beach. Shutters totally blocked out any light. Toilets right beside the pool.

Beds & pillows were very hard. Photos made it look like the pool was accessible directly outside. It was directly outside the apartment but you couldn't access it without walking round. It wasn't a huge problem but not what it seemed to be in the details. Not many coat hangers. No dressing tables for you to sit & put your make up on & do your hair. No welcome pack at all about banks, restaurants, doctor, taxis etc which also meant no information about what should go in each of the rubbish bins for example.

The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. The host was great, allowing us to check in early and check out late. The accommodation was lovely and modern, bathrooms were good but could possibly do with updating but that’s me being picky!

The bathroom doors kept sticking along the tiles, plus one of the tiles was loose in the main bathroom. The main pool wasn’t available as work had been delayed on it, we was offered a full refund though had we chosen to cancel.
