Appartement bien et localisation parfaite. L’hôte a été super malgré notre retard involontaire à l’arrivée . Il s’est déplacé et a été sympathique

Équipement minimal , peu d’ustensiles etc ainsi que du savon a mains et vaisselle et papier de toilette à acheter

The location is great, the house is good and the host Andre is super friendly. The flat has 2 balconies, one bedroom and one main room with a sofa and TV. The view from the main room is amazing. Andre was super friendly and explained everything in details.

For me and my family it did not have any negative influence, because we just used the house for sleeping, but anyway some of you might find it useful: There is no elevator and you have to use stairs The flat is located on the third floor and there was no electricity on the stairs The WiFi speed could be better Anyway, you visit Luz for nature, beach and leisure, so don’t worry about such details

Lag nah am Wasser, allerdings war der „kleine Strand“ kein Strand, sondern Steine. Der Ort ist schön ruhig und nicht so überlaufen, wie z.B. Lagos.

Das Appartement war eigentlich ganz gut bis auf das Bad, was in meinen Augen eine Katastrophe war. Der Waschtisch war total vergammelt, weil er aus Holz war und der Wasserhahn immer tropfte (überall schwarze Flecken). Der Hit war, dass nach der Benutzung der Spüle in der Küche das ganze Abwaschwasser in der Dusche wieder rauskam, ebenso wenn die Waschmaschine lief - ganz schön eklig, wenn der ganze Schnodder dann in der Dusche stand und sich dort absetze und man mit der Kehrschaufel alles rausholen musste. Außerdem könnten bei einem 2-wöchigen Aufenthalt die Handtücher mal gewechselt werden. Der Kühlschrank war auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und immerzu war alles darin nass.

Stairs to the apartment but it’s ok except for carrying large cases

Really good location, a short easy walk to the main beach, restaurants and two good supermarkets. Comfortable and reasonably well maintained apartment with nice living room / indoor dining table and well appointed kitchen with good washing machine, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. Used electric hob once with no issues. Didn't need to use air-con. Luz has some excellent restaurants. We tried loads and had really great food every night. Remember to book though as they are very popular especially if dining around 7 - 9 pm.

Outside furniture could be updated at minimal cost - white plastic table and chairs which are old and one of the chairs was broken (and partially repaired, so was usable) Microwave - not used - could also be updated. Safe in bedroom cupboard didn't work but again that wasn't a huge issue. Small terrace with sea view really is small and not usable for eating out on. However it's quiet and not really overlooked at all. Larger terrace off bedroom is good size but overlooked, although didn't stop us using it for breakfasts and lunches.
