Waterside 3 Bedroom Sea view

This is a lovely apartment and well equipped. it is a great location as abase to travel around locally. Easy to park. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The property is advertised as a ground floor - it is not its 1st floor - this did not matter to us to but could be a problem for some. There is no swimming pool at the property had we been aware of this we would not have booked this apartment. at no point was it made clear that the swimming pool is a 10-15 minutes walk away as local hotel. This is not what we expected and did not suit our needs we made the best of it but had we been aware of this we would have never booked or cancelled and booked elsewhere.

Location was ideal, 10 mins walk from beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed lovely sea views from our balcony. Within 10 mins walk we had use of a really nice pool with pool towels and tennis courts. Property management were very accommodating and helpful throughout. The apartment was spacious with 3 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen.

Suggestions:There was no change of bedlinen during our stay, though fresh towels arrived on our 2nd week. Washing machine is available in the apartment. The immediately view from our balcony was a large circle of lush plants spoiled by inside this circle a space of dead grass with a dead palm tree in the middle. It would be nice to develop this space with foliage, seating, water feature etc. to enhance the views.

Cloth washing machine smelled mildewy - we ran it first without clothes but smell didn't go away - left the door open so it could dry out.

Beautiful apartment, very clean. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk to beach and 2 minute walk to supermarket. Very helpful property management company. Excellent view and facilities. Perfect for a family. Obrigado.

Was really quiet for first few days, then several other neighbouring apartments were taken over by really loud English holidaymakers, which really spoilt things for the final days. Not owner of this apartment's fault and we were just unlucky. It could have been clearer on booking that the swimming pool seen from the balcony in the photos is not in use. Despite those comments would definitely recommend and would go back again in a heartbeat.
