Apartment Anzotika

Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Es bot viel Platz für unsere Familie. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts fehlte und wir uns problemlos selbst versorgen konnten. Ein großes Plus war das gut aufgeteilte Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine sowie ein zusätzliches, separates WC, was für den Familienaufenthalt sehr passend war. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ideale Lage. Innerhalb von nur fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Strand, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Auch der charmante Ort Nin mit seinen Restaurants und Geschäften ist in nur 5 bis 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Praktischerweise waren auch Supermärkte in der gleichen Distanz, sodass wir alles Wichtige bequem zu Fuß erledigen konnten. Trotz der zentralen Lage war die Unterkunft angenehm ruhig, da sie nicht direkt an einer Hauptstraße lag. Die Lage ist zudem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge, wie zum Beispiel nach Zadar oder Split.

Pekný priestranný apartmán s veľkou terasou. Kuchyňa bohato vybavená. Páčilo sa mi,že tam bol druhý záchod,to nás veľmi milo prekvapilo. Bezproblémové parkovanie. Jediné čo môžem vytknúť je pavučiny na vysokých stropoch v spálňach a kuchyni, apartmán bol pre nás pripravený a uprataný. Pre majiteľov apartmánu by som ešte odporučila pridať jedno stredové osvetlenie do kuchyne, počas večera tam bolo málo svetla. Inak hodnotím toto ubytovanie a majiteľov na výbornú.

Nice and clean accomodation with view, great location, the beach, the stores and the city are really close. The owners are kind and flexible.

We had a lovely stay. Apartment is very specious and comfortable, everything was new and shiny and it was super clean. It feels that the home is loved and cared for. We really appreciated some little extra things the owners provided like tea bags, salt, washing machine pills, kitchen towels, even mosquito plugs. It does make your stay much more easier. The apartment is really well equipped indeed. The road to the beach has wonderful views and you can get to the old town by the promenade with spectacular views too. The supermarket is very close and then further the road you can walk to a lovely bakery (pecarna) where they sell local cakes with all kind of flavours -easily can serve as a lunch or breakfast. Marco the owner was very welcoming, told us about everything in the house and was very accommodating about check in times. Also there is a lovely greenery around the house with a covered seating area should you wish to have some drink outside

Nothing to do with this apartment, but the neighbours nearby build a house in front of this one, so it covers a bit of the lovely views :) But you still can see the mountains. We also got to catch a huge rain on the last day and it was a bit of a struggle to dry our soaking wet clothes and shoes without a sun, as no radiators (heating is provided by the air con) - so bear in mind to have an easy drying clothing on. But again -this is nothing to do with the owners, they were great and we had some lovely time, so 10 out if 10, thank you
