Great location, within walking distance of Nin

The fridge was a bit noisy, but that’s a very small negative inside a wealth of positives.

The location is great, the hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Very kind owner, nice quiet place just in the middle between city center of Nin, a Queen's beach and biggest supermarket in the city. Everything relatively close, 10 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to Plodine supermarket, 2 minutes to bakery, 5 minutes to the city center. Nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed and another one with single bed. On top of that large living room with foldable studio couch. Nice balcony/terrace ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Well facilitated - washing machine, air-conditioning, TV, electric oven, electric kettle, electric mosquito repellers... Free parking place few meters from the apartment. We liked the accomodation a lot.

Near the city centre. The local staff (owner's daugher) was kind and spoke english.

Unlike all other properties I visited this year, they insist on cash payment so make sure you have it, otherwise the withdrawal may add extra cost for you. Only late check-in was allowed for us (16:00), without any room for discussion. The owner lives downstairs and the first night there were arguing, which didn't make exactly pleasant atmosphere - we better closed the terrace and abandoned any plans on sitting outside. There were some small traces of a previous visitor (crumbs in the fridge, burns in the cooking pot). Overall the stay didn't feel professional.
