Santorini Paradise Cave Houses

We loved everything! Maria was so attentive to our needs and exceeded our expectations. The cleaning staff were awesome and even checked if we were ok during a brief storm and power outage. The suite was amazing, location was perfect and the roof top decks were delightful to use and have privacy. The sunsets were beautiful.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like!

Breakfast is not good, however, location is very good. It is very close to main street and 3 blue domes view point. It was very good that office offered first night sunset watch. Cave house is very big and comfortable. If they can change full size bed to queen size bed in master bedroom, it would be much better.

I was surprised with breakfast. They just put one bag of bread, one bottle of juice, two big bottles of water, one bag of ham with cheese, 4 apples, 4 oranges (1 is fresh, 3 isn't fresh - we threw away), 2 yogurt in refrigerator. We stayed there for 4 nights. On third day, they added more water, bread, ham and 3 yogurt for us. For those cold food, I hope that hotel won't offer breakfast included. We even didn't know where the Jacuzzi is. Master bedroom bed is too small to two people. My husband slept on small bed in living room. When we took shower, water drained very slowly and made us feel feet dirty. I tried to remove cover of drainage and helped water drain.

The place is very clean. The owner, Maria, is very approachable, and whenever you need something, she quickly arranges it for you. The best part was the sunset experience, arranged at a private spot with drinks and snacks.

I honestly can’t say I disliked anything—everything was good. Of course, it would always be nice to have a hot tub at home instead of having to walk to another place, but that’s just a small problem.

Śniadania w ogóle nie było . W dniu przyjazdu w lodówce czekała paczka żółtego serka i wędliny którą nie dało się zjeść - byłą nieświeża. Informację otrzymaliśmy o chrupkach do mleka i o tym że możemy zrobić sobie kawę z ekspresu. Ręczniki nie były zmieniane chyba że się o tym powiedziało a prywatności zero. co chwila był ktoś kto wyłączał klimatyzację i otwierał okna. w ostatnim dniu wylało szambo więc smród był nie do zniesienia. ogólnie nie polecam tego miejsca za takie pieniądze.

butelkę wina i nawet było małe mleczko do kawy, woda i sok, dobre miejsce wypadowe do centrum. wanna z hydromasażem na terenie ogrodu.

La posizione ottima per visitare Oia, il tramonto dalla terrazza privata con snack e vino offerto è stata una bellissima sorpresa. Inoltre aveva la vasca idromassaggio, ed un letto comodo. Apprezzato molto il servizio di baggage storage

Nonostante avessimo seguito le istruzioni forniteci l’acqua calda non è stata sufficiente per riempire la vasca (se viene offerta la possibilità di usarla bisogna assicurarsi che si possa riempire). La qualità della colazione non era ottima, troppi cibi confezionati o troppo zuccherati

We were very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend it. • Cleanliness: The room was far from clean. Under the bed there was a thick layer of dust, and the atmosphere was humid and uncomfortable. This is unacceptable for the price paid. • The Host: Maria, the host, was constantly trying to push us into her own arrangements — transfers for €30 when the normal rate is €20, and restaurant recommendations that seemed more about her commission than about our comfort. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt pressured. • Restaurant Recommendation: She insisted we go to Amodi restaurant, which turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was overpriced and of very poor quality. The so-called “free dessert” was a fried dough swimming in a bath of honey — heavy, unpleasant, and more of an insult than a treat. • Overall Atmosphere: We felt like the focus was never on hospitality but on extracting as much money as possible. This left us with a very negative impression of the stay. • The Only Positive: The only truly kind and professional person we met was Perros. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely tried to make us feel comfortable. He deserves special recognition. Final Comment: Unfortunately, our overall experience was a nightmare. Poor cleanliness, pushy hosting, and terrible restaurant recommendations overshadowed our trip. The only bright spot was Perros, who should be praised for his kindness and professionalism.
