I felt pampered by the service!

The street gets really noisy and for me it was impossible to keep the window open while sleeping but than it warms up real quick. And the wall is so thin, you can hear your neighbors talk.

The room was nice and close to center

The bed was creaking a lot and the bed sheets were a little dirty

The location is excellent, situated in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment itself is spotless, comfortable, and very well organized, with tasteful decoration throughout. The bedroom I stayed in was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a large, comfortable bed and strong, reliable Wi-Fi. I really appreciated the overall atmosphere of the place, and considering the quality and comfort, the price was very reasonable. I truly enjoyed my stay and found the apartment to be a great value.

Unfortunately, I never received the email with the instructions on how to access the apartment, which was quite frustrating since there is no reception and everything operates through self-service. Despite completing the online check-in, I had to follow up multiple times to ask for the access details, and even upon arrival at the address, I still didn’t know how to enter. It took a while for someone to answer my call, and only then did I finally receive the necessary instructions. In the end, I was able to get in, but the whole process felt unnecessarily complicated and stressful.

May be it was my mistake but I didn't know that bathroom and toilet are shared with other 2 rooms. Heating was working from time to time and was very noisy

Description is deceptive on your website: it says we are having a double room apartment. But this is a nice room in a three bedroom apt shared with strangers in other two rooms. This is not what I would pay for with family a kids: not only was not a double, it was not a private apartment. Brochure describes it right, booking.com deceives. Some of what we paid should be refunded or voucher offered for future booking.

Clean, functional and tasteful decor. Stayed for 4 days and the common areas were cleaned, not the room. Comfortable bed and well-equipped TV.

Blackout curtain not functional, rooms not well soundproofed, all overlooking a very noisy street so impossible to air at night. All writings in Czech only.
