It's lik a hostel. We shared a very small kitchen with 4 other people. I was traveling with my two kids. The keys are opposite of the building, easy to find. Nearby are a lot of museums and attractions. Most famous the spilberg castle. We liked the small heater in our room, and the microwave in the kitchen is a nice commodity. The bathroom has no shower but a bathtub. You can take a bath. I am a single mom and one of my boys is an asperger-autist. In our homecountry this is a handicap. Usually it is not so easy for him but this time it all workes out well.

Everything was just fine.

Nemám žádnou výtku,jen mi trošku vadila sdílená kuchyň,WC a koupelna,ale v podstatě ani to nás nijak neomezovalo,nepotkali jsme se s nikým ani v jedné ze zmiňovaných místností...jen je člověk z toho trošku nervózní,že tam jsou s ním další, cizí lidi...ale jinak opravdu nic nebylo špatně

Krásný dům, perfektně připraveno a vybaveno pro hosty, příjemná a nápomocná recepční po telefonu

Nevím, jestli jsme to špatně četli nebo pochopili, mysleli jsme, že je celý apartmán pouze pro nás, ale nakonec to vypadalo, že jsou prostory (kuchyň, koupelna) společné pro více pokojů

The apartment is located in a charming building, a walking distance from both the city centre (we visited Špilberk) and Kravi Hora (Observatory), on the 3rd floor. Our room was spacious, comfortable and as shown on the photos. The shared bathroom and kitchen were clean and functional with complimentary tea/ coffee. The keys were very easy to obtain from the safe on the wall next to the entrance of the building directly across the road. We received the code on the day after our on-line check in. The grocery shop and bakery are a short walk away and there are a few restaurants nearby. On our departure we have met the lovely lady who looks after the apartment.

Unfortunately, there are no designated parking spaces for the apartment. We were aware of that before our arrival but Brno proved to be an expensive city to park. The building is on the very edge of Zone B which is 60 min free parking then charged by the hour (40 Kč/ hour) and it can be very busy. If you don’t mind parking a little further away, use Zone C, that’s charged overnight only. They are clearly marked.
