The landlord was very responsive and communication went smoothly from the first day of our stay on.

The apartment hadn't been properly cleaned for a while and you could sell smell that sb had been smoking before in the apartment. We contacted the landlord and she immediately replied and sent sb to clean the apartment the next day. In our opinion, a general cleaning is still needed. Also, the mattress should be replaced.
