The layout of the site is very pleasant, parking by the side of caravan was much appreciated. The double bed was really comfortable. Tea, coffee and sugar were left which is a lovely gesture but we had bought our own in any case. Electric heaters useful.

Here I am being totally objective! The caravan in total is very dated and the décor is weary and a real mismatch. On 2 nights (with torrential rain) the vent in the kitchen area leaked considerably, we had to use our towels to mop up (did not appreciate host saying this happens in all caravans), the 2nd night was not so bad, but still water ingress, host had said he had tried to fix it & provided kitchen towels. Most door handles are rusty; toilet door did not close properly; shower dirty and some rust; carpet and rug had dirty marks; cooker rusty and grill and cooking pan very dirty (we did not feel able to use it); the gas fire is very old and very hard to light, had to use gas lighter most nights; holes and bodges in some walls, no information left for guests information; this caravan is supposedly for 6, it would not be a comfortable fit even with children, no wifi whatsoever.

Caravan needs a proper bed NOT a sheet of hardboard with a thin mattress. I only managed 4 hours sleep and moved out next morning. Cleanliness poor - cutlery drawer lined with dirty kitchen roll, carpets grubby, overwhelming smell of air fresheners everywhere, door to outside could not be opened without huge effort - fire safety hazard.
