"Exceptional"

The house was excellent. The check in proces was very smooth. The place is next to a church, we were awaken by the church bells. In one bedroom the bed was on ropes, it was great. We can totally recoment this place.

Apartment was very nice and comfortable. Enough space for big family. Real Italian’s atmosphere 🤌🏼 And big plus was 2 bathrooms! We really enjoyed time there.

Only one thing was a bit annoying, church bell early in the morning. But its nothing compared with view from windows.

"Nice and cozy apartment for bigger groups close to Arco center."

Cozy apartment roughly 2km from Arco center. Our group of 2 adults and 2 kids had plenty of space. We did appreciated 2 bathrooms and toilets. Kitchen was well equipped and COOP supermarket /opens daily even on Sunday/ is only 5 minutes by bike. Sabrina is friendly, forthcoming and caring owner of this apartment. BONUS : Close church bells work perfect as automatic alarm clock at 7.30am :)

We had not experienced any troubles. For some movement disabled person stairs leading to apartment may be to steep (not a problem for us).

"Amazing apartment and amazing host"

The apartment was just amazing. Very spacious, incredibly child-friendly - with an attic specially adapted for them, a huge kitchen with all the necessary equipment. A wonderful experience. Sabrina was very helpful, not only with regard to the apartment but also with her recommendations for visits throughout the area. There is a big free public parking near the apartment. Many parking spaces and a very short and comfortable way to the apartment.

The apartment was clean, quiet, and well stocked for our stay. Sabrina is awesome and we (2 couples) would definitely stay here again for our 3rd stay near Arco.

Really spacious apartment for that area Apartment had all that you need Very friendly and helpful host Quieter area of Arco which we liked Great hiking and MTB routes at doorstep

Not many restaurants/bars in walking distance Small stairs leading to apartment (was not issue for us)
