Stylish house, quiet and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony. Access to washing machine. Good condition of bikes, which are ready to use for everyone.

Parking close to the house (100m) not always available (no free places) - if so, you have to go longer distance

We were astonished when we arrived there. The house is located on the edge of the small square, there is a small Church and other historical buildings. It's like from Italian romantic movie. The building itself seems to be newly renovated with a small reception in the basement and a luxurious granite staircase in the middle. Spacious apartment with a vast open living-dining room where on the left side is a small balcony. On the right, there is a short corridor leading to the bathroom with an attic window, which makes it bright, and the main bedroom. The main bedroom is large enough with comfortable beds. From the window, you can see the Arco Castle on the left side. The second bedroom is smaller with a small window to an open atrium space. The owner is very nice and friendly and helped us with all we needed. He made us feel like part of his family. There are several bikes (~8) in the basement which we could use for free. Handy as the bicycle path to the beach is just 200m from the house. The beach is around 3 km away. Arco's historical centre is around 800m away where most of it you go on walking/cycle path. How to describe Arco itself, I would just say "It's a town with a soul".
