Apartment is clean, nicely decorated and big. Every household item you have at home is available (dishwasher, coffee-machine, oven, ect..) . All of the items are clean, new and easy to use. The hosts are very helpful, they setup a baby-bed beforehand. The apartment gets plenty of light from two sides that have big windows. Also has two balconies to sit and have some coffee or wine. We will certainly visit again, this time without the kids. Thank you Annie and Philippe for this pleasant stay.

The apartment is well furnished and supplied with everything you need for a longer stay, including espresso filters. And a complementary bottle of bubly. It also has two balconies if you want to sip from the bubly outside. There is a parking lot nearby.

The building is a bid old and odd, but this is well compensated by the qualities of the apartment.

Very nice location in the downtown of Spa city. Close to our destination Terme de Spa. Plenty of choices for eating place in the vicinity (We came into Spa on December 31, the new year's eve, and most of restaurants were reserved. Anyway we managed to have dinner in the downtown .). The rooms are wide, clean and furnished simply but functionally. It was an impressive stay.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in the city center, in a quiet corner. Modern, well-decorated and cozy. Two cute terraces in it. You can not ask for more!

Lots of space and plenty of storage. Beds were very comfortable and the decor was lovely. The host was very responsive to questions.. Great TV and streaming service. You could not beat the location.

There was nothing I would want to improve. Possibly a microwave would be useful.

No walk in shower

The owners responded immediately despite the night booking. Comfortable apartment. Centrally located. Perfect place to enjoy Spa area.

The apartment itself is large, well kept, clean and very comfortable. However, there were quite some issues with the hosts that made it a very unpleasant experience.

First the whole booking process was strange. You select one apartment for 4 people and it shows in the system 1 person. Then when I tried to change it, there was a surcharge of 12€ for tourist tax (acceptable) and then an extra charge for the change of 120€ (not acceptable). This was not written anywhere and I did not accept it. The hosts claim it was booking.com, booking claims it was the hosts. Either way, neither the hosts or the client service solved it. Hosts wrote upset, that I had not left the extra 12€ on the table. Second. We were three guests, only three people slept at the apartment. On one evening we had 2 guests for dinner and the other evening 1 guest. I got a message from the owner saying that through the security camera there were a lot of people in the apartment. They could check carefully and see who gets in and out, but instead write a nasty message - which again leaves a weird feeling. Conclusion: apartment is great but whole experience is creepy and expensive.
