Bra rubust hotell, fanns allt man behöver. Balkong, skidförvaring och hiss positivt. Pentry fungerade men kunde varit större. Bäst av allt var tillgång till Badhotellets pool och Spa, mycket generöst

Dålig ventilation i toalett. Även lägenheten var dåligt ventilerad men inte så dålig som toaletten. Sängarna var mindre bra

The apartment seems newly renovated with new furniture that is actually much nicer than the photos suggest. It's in a prime location for the Hintertux Glacier, ski route ends just around the corner.

Upon arrival, the apartment was only prepared for two people despite our booking for four. While mistakes happen, the service from the receptionist was disappointing. After asking for the extra pillows and blankets, I was told to go to the storage room (photo attached) to fetch them myself. Unfortunately, the storage room was understocked. When I returned to reception (located in a different building) for the third time, the receptionist had already left. I eventually had to ask the restaurant staff for help, and thanks to them, I finally got what I needed—though the whole process took an hour. To make matters worse, the glassware in the kitchenette was dirty. It seems the cleaning staff doesn't check these items, which is unacceptable given the €70 cleaning fee. Finally, be sure to check the card terminal before paying; the hotel attempted to charge us €22 more than the price confirmed on Booking.com.

Die letzten jahre war es immer gut, aber in diesem Jahr wurden wir leider extrem enttäuscht, so dass wir nicht wiederkommen. Nach 12 Stunden Fahrt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das gebuchte Appartement leider schon vergeben ist - Doppelbuchung.
