La chica que debía entregarnos las llaves, tenía una mala actitud, y se demoro en llegar a entregarnos la habitación, además, aunque me llegó un correo diciendo que después de la 1pm se cobrara la hora a 10mil, al manifestarle que debíamos pagar 3 horas para poder dejar las maletas hasta las 4pm, dijo que eso no se podía, que debíamos pagar el siguiente día entro
