Wunderbare Wohnung, stilvoll und wohnlich eingerichtet. Atmosphäre wie in einer Privatwohnung. Ich wäre am liebsten sofort eingezogen und länger geblieben. Es war wunderbar, in einer 'echten' Bari-Wohnung wohnen zu können. Sie liegt äusserst zentral, der Lungomare liegt gleich ums Eck und in die Altstadt sind es max. 5 Minuten. Ich war froh, nicht in der Altstadt zu wohnen. Mir hat der Jugendstil-Palazzo und die Aussicht auf die Häuser im neuer Teil wesentlich besser gefallen. Das Viertel ist toll, im Haus selbt gibt es eine gute Pasticceria wo ich morgens italienisch frühstückte, also Cornetto und Capuccino genoss. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall jeden Franken wert und Lala hat mich sehr freundliche empfangen. Ich komme wieder!

Pros: - The location was close to the shopping area and the train station. - It’s a large apartment with a nice bathroom. - Communication with the agent and owner were responsive when I had a problem with the heater having been left on. - The place was very clean and there is an elevator part way up to the unit.

Cons: - Construction upstairs and on the corner makes the place super noisy. The noise starts right at 7am with the construction lift positioned right in front of the balcony. The owner should make people aware since it’s not ideal for sleeping or enjoying your stay. Some people don’t mind, but it would be helpful to know in advance. - No AC in the bedroom, just the living room so it’s uncomfortable if you like a cool room. Plus, the windows can’t be left open since construction starts early in both the front and back of building. There is also no window in the bedroom. - The bed is very hard and the mattress pad makes noise when you move around. And the couches are old and lumpy (not pictured)

Stilig og stor leilighet med perfekt beliggenhet i den elegante nye byen og med kort avstand til gamlebyen og Lungomare. Godt konditori i nabohuset og supre restauranter rett rundt hjørnet. Le 2 Aquile er et toppvalg! Verten var hjelpsom med god informasjon og bestilte taxi til oss på avreisedagen.

Senga og putene var harde og to av sofaene utslitte og ukomfortable. Støy fra byggearbeid på huset og i nabohuset fra kl 08.00. Kunne derfor ikke bruke den lille balkongen. Vi var nok uheldige med tidspunktet. Plagsomt mye mygg.

This apartment is just perfect! It looks so artsy, is very spaceful, smells very good and is in a very nice location. Nice cafe just downstairs next to the building, sea very close, good restorans close by etc. I realy really loved it!

The bed and pillows were not exactly to my taste, but that was the only thing.
