Quality of accommodation was poor. Parts of it felt unsafe with loose doors and in desperate need of redecorating (esp the bathroom). I believe there was a footprint on the ceiling! It was infested with mosquitos, though there were repellents, a very large colony made a home in the lower part The communication with the owner which included a mild threat of 'no passport details no key lock code' before we even arrived especially as we have paid in full in advance was very off. We were travelling to Bari by train with 3 children at that moment and it fell very offputting to be addressed like that.

The owner' behavior is not appropriate He is very rude and communication with him was not easy at all.

We loved the atmosphere of Old town, simply walk out the front door and your exactly where you came to see. Beautiful charm and very friendly locals and neighbors. There's a great restaurant 50 meters away on the corner. Location is a 10.

The appliances and the very basic utensils - we booked for 6 - the apartment facilities struggled to cater for 2 - in short - if more than 2 - be prepared to be in very close living quarters, 4 people max recommended. In saying that, there's so much to do and see - and everything is on your door step. Overall - we had a great stay. Car parking is a challenge, google maps is only so good, but not perfect when locating this place, best advice is to park where you can and ask one of the lovely locals and walk to avoid doing circles. It was well worth the effort as the location is great.

At the edge of the old town, with easy access to both parts of the city. Contact with staff was very efficient.

The extra beds are not super comfortable.
