The location was great and the terrace was also great! Bathroom was spacious.

Room could be cleaner. The fridge was dirty. Amd there were small ants everywhere. There was small stream of water running from some compartment above kitchen.

The place is really well-designed, very clean, it has all the supplies you may need and the host is very responsive. The location is also perfect, exactly in the city center of the old town of Bari, where you can experience the traditional food and meet the locals, who are also very kind and welcoming.

It is a little bit difficult to find the exact place as it is located in a narrow street, between 2 buildings, and there are a lot of indoor stairs leading to the apartment.

The host was kind, great location And the acommodation looks nice. Good breakfast.

However, there was insect, more specifically ants that made the stay unpleasureable. If they were a few, I would understand, But there were so many that they came to the bed And what is the worst, to our luggages!!! We even brought some home!! And that is not something you want to take from your vacation. Moreover, there were also some other insects, such as a larve And a silverfish. Despite the kindness of a host, after my concerning message with ants she didnt Show any concern. I asked for an anti insect spray (for the ants) but I didnt get any. Also, could be a bit more tidy (especially in the corners).

Lovely secluded space (at the top of many stairs!) with a terrace. Amazing location for walking around Bari and a lovely big bathroom!

I like that the property was in the heart of the old town. You’re staying in one of those typical old-town kinda house. It’s situated very centrally and it’s easy to move around from there. I like that the room we got was very new and of course, it’s so comfortable to have air-conditioner! I also liked that typical yet delicious Italian breakfast around the block was provided.

As we’re staying in those typical old and rustic buildings, the walls were very thin. There was a day that we experienced construction work before 8am. That wasn’t ideal, especially when you’re on vacation. Thankfully, we were able to get our host to stop the knocking but it’d be nice if they could have done construction works later in the morning.

Location, location, location! The place is in the heart of the historic quarter, but is so quiet inside. I have never slept in such a comfortable bed! I wish I could have it delivered to my home. Nice, clean bathroom, television with Netflix. Breakfast was in a nearby bar and consisted of coffee and a croissant. I stayed for two nights and would definitely stay again.

If you have mobility issues or a heavy suitcase (as I did), it can be quite tricky getting up the steep stairs. I was quite worried that I hadn't heard from Roberto about checking in until about midday of the actual day I checked in. He then wrote to me with very clear instructions of how to enter and allowed me to check in early at 2.30pm.

The accomodation is very good situated in the center of old town, just 2 minutes away from Saint Nicola Cathedral. Its spacious, clean and Roberto was a big help.

Apartment has a great location. delicious breakfast. The owner of the facility helps even late at night. We highly recommend it ❤️

The apartment was nice, well equipped. The location was great. The stairs you need to climb up in order to enter the apartment are very steep and narrow so it could be a bit difficult if you carry big suitcases. The breakfast was at a nice place near the property and was delicious.

I am not satisfied with the communication with the host. Several days before arrival I messaged him through booking.com asking for advice what was the best way for transfer from Bari airport to Bari Centrale. I never got an answer and I started to worry if everything was ok with my booking. The day before our arrival I contacted the property using the mobile phone provided, through Viber app. I got no answer and my message stayed unread until the morning of our arrival, when I finally got a reply. At 3 pm I got the instructions for self check-in and that was it. I never met the host. The second day of our stay I sent a message related to the hot water and again I never got a reply. So, this lack of communication spoiled the overall good stay at this property. I need to say that apart from all that, we had a great stay and had no problems at all.
