God value for money

I didn't dislike anything though the traffic noise is a little at night and the walk to the centre was further than claimed though for us it was no real problem. A small couch in the living room could be nice

15 minute walk to trains & buses. Washing machine was helpful. Apartment was clean. Self check in & close to shops.

Apartment was kind of noisy. Bed was really squeaky and the fridge was loud (right next to the bed) which made it hard to sleep. Kitchen was a really weird layout which made it difficult to use & no soap was provided. We were there for 4 nights, 2 people and only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided.

A bit far from the center, around 30min to old city Too Late checkin and too early checkout

It's not far from the Bari Centrale, it has all the equipment needed for a stay.

The bed was very squeaky. The building is kinda noisy. There were cockroaches in the building, at the first floor close to the exit that no-one was getting rid of.

Size of the apartment is ok for 2 person,they provide the basic necessities.They let us check in earlier than the required time. It's easy to check in and to enter the room by just following the instructions they sent .The room was clean.There are different shops along the street for food,clothing,farmacy etc.,and a supermarket.They also provide a bottle of cold water when we arrived ,a nice gesture specially in a hot weather.

The lobby/ground floor smells bad and there are a lot of dead cockroaches i stayed for 10 days and for 9 days no one removed/cleaned that area ,fortunately we are on the second floor. The stairs are a bit narrow (approximately 1meter), it's not that easy to bring luggage from the ground to the second floor. The location is 10-15 minutes walk from the central station, you can also take a bus but since it's August it's almost the same time waiting for the bus to pass by so we normally walk. The bed and pillows are not that comfortable.

Despite those minor issues, there were several positive things. The property owner allowed us to check in early, and the communication was pleasant. The apartment was nice, featuring a tile floor and was equipped with all necessary appliances. It was clean in every aspect. Additionally, the location is good and conveniently close to the central train station in Bari. My suggestion for the owner is to invest in addressing these small issues, which likely won't require much expenses. Doing so could significantly improve the apartment's rating.

The bed squeaked with every movement, although the mattress was fine, indicating that the issue lay with the bed base. The kitchen utensils were outdated. The liquid soap in the bathroom was used up, and the shower head was malfunctioning. We encountered issues with warm water at times. During our stay, a service technician came to work on the heating boiler, which created a significant amount of dust in the kitchen area. The heating boiler was shared with another apartment, resulting in some low noise; this was generally not a problem, but it was noticeable overnight. Dust balls were visibly blowing out of the air conditioning unit, indicating that it needs cleaning.

Nice apartment with self check in (which is a big plus for me), not far from railway station. You can find everything you need in the apartment (washing machine, dishes, iron, extra towels/pillows),, even a bottle of cold water in the fridge, which was very nice! There is also an AC in the room, which saved us from heat.

Water in shower's heated by gas. It was hard to regulate it to make it warm, it was either very hot or just cold. And we could smell the gas every time we turned on the hot water, I'm not sure if it's safe enough.

Good position, equipped with everything you need and spacious enough. Easy check in using code. Walking distance from the Train station/Old town.

Place was clean.You can also find restaurants and shops near by.It takes around 15 min to central train station and 25 min. to old town by walk.Ideal to stay during Bari visit.

Cooker works a little slowly than usual ones.
