Please note that air conditioning and heating are available in accordance with local regulations. In some apartments, heating is centrally managed by the building administration, which determines the daily operating hours. Italian law also regulates the periods of the year during which heating and/or air conditioning may be used. Please note that additional charges may apply for the removal of bulky items or any waste requiring special handling or extra disposal work. Please note that check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to confirmation. Unauthorized check-outs after 10:00 AM will incur a €50 fee, plus an additional €50 for each extra hour of delay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
