1. A very large room w kitchenette 2. Great value vs Bath 3. Park and Ride. Drive a few miles, free parking and the bus delivers you stress free into central Bath. 4. Very comfortable bed despite being low

Peaceful location. Clean and secure for your car. We had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were lovely and friendly and the fresh eggs were very much appreciated.

Dependance bellissima, moderna, pulitissima e fornita di tutto il necessario. Letto molto comodo. Parcheggio presente e proprietari molto simpatici e sempre disponibili. Posizione comodissima per visitare Bath e buon punto di partenza anche per le Cotswolds.

"Home from home"

My mum and I couldn't have been welcomed more into The Annexe at Benroy. From the welcomed fresh eggs from their chickens 🐔 😋 to Coco the dog 🐶 being a delight and not forgetting a friendly welcoming from the hosts and mother-in-law themselves. The annexe is beautiful and the sound of the chickens in the morning is so lovely. The bed is comfortable, and the shower facilities are the best we have experienced and the kitchen has everything you need. The information given for park and ride to get into Bath itself was much appreciated along with the 5* recommended restaurants for food. The King William is definitely worth a visit while you're here the food is amazing and it is a family-run business. We are definitely pleased to have found this beautiful accommodation and will be back I am sure, we will be recommending it to others too.

"Home from home, very comfortable stay."

The hosts were very friendly and thoughtful- leaving little welcome gifts such as the fresh eggs, crisps, biscuits and water in the fridge. The Annexe was exceptionally clean and welcoming.

A few problems with communcation as we had no phone signal. We arrived earlier than expected and hosts were not in. We had to keep driving out of the village to get phone reception to communicate with them. The shower was too powerful for its holder making showering a little tricky!
