Very comfortable place to stay. A few minutes walk from the cathedral and the lake. Very nice lady met us at the property and showed us around. It’s above a bakery so you can get fresh things in the morning and there’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby too.

Cleanliness was excellent, brilliant location, great facilities, lift, security, the space, the a/c, communication with owner and information available for us in the apartment. Supermarket was a couple of minutes walk away and it was very easy to prepare quick meals when required, with a good selection of pots and pans in the kitchen. Nice croissants and coffee from the shop downstairs each morning was a nice treat! The small washing machine was useful and the dishwasher appreciated. Appliances of good quality. Would happily come back here again!

Shower tray drainage was slow, but we managed. It might have actually helped to get our teenagers out of the shower faster! We liked everything else, there were no worries in the apartment! Just a suggestion - there could be some more glasses/beakers (even plastic would do) and side plates, to save on running the dishwasher so often and breakfast bowls would be useful. And more firm pillows perhaps for the bed, but this is a personal preference.

Air conditioner in kitchen at top of apartments. No air in bedrooms. Narrow stairs to get to front door making it difficult for larger luggage

Valeria was really wonderful very helpful and easy to reach. We loved the smell of the homemade breakfast treats from the cafes below.

It’s a bit noisy at night lots of people walk on the street below. We Really couldn’t get a good nights sleep.

It is a modern and chic newly renovated apartment. With quiet AC it was very comfortable for us when it was 32 degree outside. We had everything we needed, including a washer, washing detergent, a dishwasher, a balcony for the drying rack, tea bags, coffee. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. It is in a new building in a pedestrian area in the heart of Como. Lots of groceries (carefree express), pasties store, restaurants are just downstair and within 3 min walking. The church is right around the corner and the lake is 3 min away. The check in was done through a lock box. Simple and smooth. Host and owners are extremely responsive and communicated with us seamlessly in what up. Host was so thoughtful and she put together a guide on restaurant recommendation, activity summary, etc. It is totally exceeding my expectation and a great value for a perfect stay!
