We were hugely disappointed. If you do not pre-select your bed arrangement you will be left without a bed to sleep on. We were messaged about our preferred bed arrangement 2 days prior to arrival. We missed this single message (among several other messages sent, such as information about the extra cost if we wanted to check in earlier) only to find 3 beds (one double to single). Our party of 4 people sleep in separate beds so one person had to sleep without sheets or duvet. When contacting the owner we were told we should have looked at the message and we can only have a bed made up if we paid an additional ~£50 cost. We were compensated financially in the end by booking.com. Huge disappointment!

The apartment is in a good central.location, just few.minutes.from streets of independent cafes and shops. It was a short walk from the charlotte street carpark and had a great view at the city from the roof terrace. Good facilities in the apartments such as dishwasher, large fridge and access to games, etc. The showers are large and water hot. Just what you need after day of walking and sightseeing. The apartment is in an old building, so some doorways might be challenging for tall people. Personally, I'm short, no trouble at all .

The beds were comfy, but the headboard hit against the wall every time I turned in bed. Maybe an alternative could be put in place to safe the noise and disturbance. I found it a little chilly in the evenings, which could be managed by blankets, but none were available.

Really nice big flat, ideal for big groups staying together. Lots of space available. Great location and the view from the terrace is incredible. Pretty much everything you could need for a stay was there. All in all would happily come back and stay here again.

There were two random piles of dirty laundry left around the flat. Didn't affect the stay but was surprising.
