Nie mogę ocenić, właściciel nie pozwolił mi skorzystać z obiektu

Gospodarz anulował rezerwację, ponieważ dzwonił do mnie a ja nie mogłem odebrać telefonu. Nie interesowało go, że jestem ciągle dostępny na czacie, obraził się, bo nie odebrałem. Stwierdził, że czuje sie niekomfortowo i to był powód, do zniszczenia moich planów.

Pasamos una noche en Bath y el apartamento cumplió las expectativas con creces. De hecho hicimos el comentario que podríamos habernos tirado una semana ahí y estaría genial. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, a escasos 5-10 minutos del centro de la ciudad (que no es muy grande) y con varias opciones para el transporte desde allí. El apartamento está bastante renovado, tiene 2 alturas (salón comedor abajo y habitaciones arriba) y es súper acogedor. La cocina/sala de estar está muy bien y las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario. Fuimos además en época de frío y la calefacción funciona de maravilla. Como detallito, lo tenían todo decorado de Navidad, cosa que deja ver la atención de los propietarios. En cuanto a los dueños, un trato genial. Contactamos varias veces antes del viaje para hacer un par de peticiones/resolver dudas y nos atendieron sin problema. A nuestra llegada nos encontramos una distribución de camas un poco diferente a la que habíamos pedido y vinieron a arreglarlo sin problema (cosa de la que estamos súper agradecidos!). Las instrucciones súper claras para toda la estancia, o sea que todo genial. En conclusión, nos encantó el apartamento.

The apartment is great. Walked in to find it with Christmas decorations around various rooms. A lovely way to start our Christmas Market trip to Bath, really set our mood for the rest of the trip. A wonderfully spacious apartment with all the equipment to be self catering (full size oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc). Huge Super King size bed, nice and comfy. Bathroom has a bathtub with shower and good hot water supply. Towels and face cloths supplied of good quality. Good WiFi and smart TV in lounge. Lots of little extras features that the hosts have thought about whether for young children or older people. A fantastic free first day breakfast of croissants, jams, and various cereals. The location is excellent, only a short walk to a lot of the tourist attractions of Bath and local pubs and restaurants. Communication with the host was superb, from initial booking to leaving. Free parking nearby was also a plus when booking this apartment for me. Overall a really enjoyable experience.

Convenient location with parking. Lovely little flat with extremely comfortable beds.

Slight drainage smell, windows were partially open so perhaps from outside. Providing shampoo, conditioner and body lotion would be useful.
